Building a new home can be an overwhelming process, especially given the choices and limitations of fixed elements as well as the sheer amount of decisions that need to be made in such a short amount of time. I can help alleviate some of the stress by guiding you as you make important decisions with your architect and/or builder. 

This service is specifically customized to ensure that we bring your unique vision to life as you work with the team who is planning your new build. I will help guide you along the way in achieving your vision and in making  decisions regarding the direction and limitations of fixed elements of the plan. 

Using a designer when working on a new build can not only help reduce cost but also ensure that your newly constructed house will personally fit your needs and ultimately feel like the new home of your dreams. 

What's Included? 

During our initial consultation, I’ll ask some questions to get to know you and what you’re hoping to achieve as you work with your architect and/or builder. Following, we will schedule a work session where we can discuss your goals and design inspiration for specific elements of your new home. Because of the deep level of customization involved, this service will be personally tailored to your needs and may be paired along with another service option to offer ongoing support along the way.
